We will also send you the Investor-Partner Newsletter. Completing as much of this form as you can will ensure that you get an accurate as possible Illustration.

About Joint Equity Fees:

Buy-to-Let Investors wishing to transfer their existing rental properties into the Joint Equity Scheme have a number of fees to pay:

Refundable Commitment Deposit of £500.

Incoming “sale” fee of 1% of the total property value with a minimum fee of £1,500

Monthly management charge of 5% of the Investor Return .

Outgoing sale fee of 1% of your share of the property sale value.

All fees will be shown in your Illustration.

If you wish to use a Joint Equity Estate Agent their own fees will apply.
